Life is short, and it is up to you to make it sweet

This period of isolation is affording a lot of us something we usually take for granted: time. We are finding ourselves with hours to do whatever we want.

Imagine finding something like this on a tough day. No words needed, it’s all about how a rock makes you feel❤️ That’s the message!

So I’ve been painting rocks and it’s been a mix of exercise, creativity, surprise and it brings joy to others. ❤️

It’s as simple as painting a rock and leaving it somewhere, hidden in plain sight.

Finding a rock can brighten up your day and make you smile.

This quirky trend is about finding happiness and joy in the simplest of things. It certainly felt that way when a hiker found my rocks. The excitement and joy she felt meant as much to me as it did to her.

You can keep the rock for yourself, share it with someone who might need a bit of an uplift or rehide it.

The rocks I paint and put out there are gifts. I let them go in hopes of making someone’s day. For me, life is pretty sweet.
