“Irasshaimase!”, a Japanese greeting meaning, “Welcome to the store!” or “Come on in!”

Kotohira is a cozy little noodle restaurant located in a busy strip mall in Gardena. Upon entering you’ll hear, “Irasshaimase!” while you quickly glance around and take in the authentic Japanese charm.

Shrimp Tempura/Shoyu Udon

FOOD: The authentic Japanese cuisine served is excellent and reasonably priced. My shrimp tempura was large and flaky and the udon base was delicious. The potato salad was so good too 👍🏼

Sukiyaki Don with Miso Soup, Ice Cream

The Sukiyaki Don was very good as well. Kotohira has a great beer/sake special too.

If you ever find yourself in Gardena and have a craving for authentic Japanese food; I definitely recommend stopping by and dining here. https://www.yelp.com/biz/kotohira-restaurant-gardena

Arigatōgozaimashita!”, a Japanese “Thank you” for spending another day with Donna. ❤️ I hope you continue to enjoy your day.
