Last Day of Sixty-Six …

The message from my fortune cookie …. Enjoy the small things you find on your path

Today is the last day I’ll ever be 66 and a reminder of how quickly time passes. My day starts early and ends late (which is a typical Donna day).

  • Morning with the ladies
  • An afternoon lunch
  • Evening with Morgan
  • A late night workout

Spent my morning as a sub on Team 7 and boy did I bowl well. Game 2, 153 and 179 in Game 3 which is a personal best. I marked every frame except in the first frame. What a fun way to start off my day winning the side pot and taking all 4 game points!

Teammates: Karen, Sadie and me Teammates: Karen, Chuchi, Eva

FOOD: Diamond Seafood Palace 3 Restaurant for lunch.

The food is reasonably priced, the menu has a wide variety of choices and it was tasty. The bill totaled $62.00 for 8 dishes which each individual picked out (missing a dish, the sweet & sour beef was not pictured above)

We ate, we chatted, we laughed and we had an enjoyable 3 hour lunch.

FOOD: Boba Yolo, for a Thai Tea with Boba….Yum . First time here and would revisit in the near future; anyone want to join me? Discovered they not only offer boba drinks; they have a kitchen that serves Korean style food and their sweet potato fries looks amazing.

24 Hour Fitness to end my first week of 2020 and my last day of my 66th year. It’s time to celebrate a New Year!

I’m ending the evening on the elliptical, a bit sweaty and looking forward to tomorrow.

Remember to “enjoy the small things”.
